How can systems thinking help bridge the gap between policy ambition and practical health outcomes for women? This study uses multi-actor systems mapping to analyze the Dutch cardiovascular prevention landscape, highlighting how cross-sector coordination, updated clinical guidelines, and aligned financial incentives can operationalize sex-specific health care.
