IT STARTS WITH A DROP
I was working as a sales representative at omron healthcare in germany in 2013 onwards. this means, I was selling blood pressure monitors and nebulizers to pharmacies within my region. doing so, I became very successful, and was able to secure many bonuses for my efforts. it was sudden, when I realized that the more money I made, it meant, that more people were ill or not feeling well.
this made me feel very uncomfortable.
why was I being rewarded for people being ill?
this was the birth of rypple. I gathered 10+ experience of working in the healthcare industry and had decided that 2023 was the year for me to fully commit to the mission to change the way stakeholders are incentivized in the industry.
